Product Description

Product Features: 
        SSY elastic fiber is a three-dimensional elastic crimped fiber formed by co-spun bicomponent filaments of PET high and low viscosity with different thermodynamic properties through thermal treatment. It has a stretch and recovery performance close to spandex, with stronger elastic durability and advantages such as easy dyeing and good color fastness. It can be interwoven with natural fibers such as cotton, wool, silk and linen, as well as synthetic fibers like polyester and nylon to enhance fabric performance.
        CEY is a new type of elastic composite fiber formed by the special compounding of SSY and POY. It has excellent elastic properties. After undergoing textile processing, the fabric can exhibit good elasticity and is suitable for clothing that requires dynamic stretchability. Its elastic characteristics are achieved through a special compounding process. After high-temperature dyeing and washing, it can produce permanent curling, making the fabric more elastic. 
        ITY is a composite fabric made by combining the different thermal shrinkage characteristics of POY and FDY. FDY serves as the skeleton, enhancing the strength of the yarn, while POY is coated on the surface of FDY after heating, increasing the roughness of the yarn surface and giving the fabric a natural fiber feel. It combines the loftiness and natural feel of cotton with the drape and quick-drying properties of polyester, offering a unique style and texture.
